  • Equity

    According to a recently published report analyzing studio data, 91% of the Chairmen and Chief Executive Officers of 11 major and mid-major studios were white and 82% were male.

  • Diversity

    While unit heads responsible for legal, casting, marketing, and other core functions were a little more diversified in terms of gender at 59% male 41% female, they, too, were overwhelmingly white at 86%.

  • Inclusion

    Only 5.6% of directors and 4.5% of writers in top studios are of Asian descent. And counter to the social perspectives at the ground level, only 7.5% of all animators are Asian, and 28%, women.
